All pets must be current on their Rabies, Bordatella, and DHPP vaccines in order to be groomed. Vaccines must be verified prior to appointment.
We do require a 48 hour notice for any cancellations and rescheduling. If it is less than 48 hours, you will be charged HALF of the grooming fee. Same day cancellations are the FULL fee.
A no show appointment will be required to pay the FULL grooming fee. We do allow a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancel and will be considered a no show. After 3 No show appointments, you will be required to pre pay any future grooming appointments.
If your pet comes in matted, we will asses them as needed. We the groomers will discuss with you what is best for the pet. If the pet cannot tolerate brushing of basic tangles, then a shorter length will be necessary. There will be an added fee for matted pets regardless of if we are just shaving them down. It takes more time and can cause discomfort to the pet.
Fleas and ticks are a nuisance in the grooming salon. All pets will be thoroughly checked at check in to make sure there a flea and tick free. If for any reason your pet has any fleas or ticks on them, we will ask that you take your pet to the vet for a cap star. We will still bathe them in flea and tick shampoo, and you will be charged at $50 sanitation fee. As we do not want the rest of our pets to get them.
We ask that you pick up your pet within the hour of them being finished. We have limited space and are not able to hold dogs for long periods. Unless arrangements are made between you and your groomer. Any late pick ups will result in a $25 day care fee.
We offer a 48 hour satisfaction guarantee. We will fix what you don’t like free of charge. This doesn’t include if you are wanting a completely different haircut.
